Role Overview

Trustgrow Fertiliser India Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Cluster Manager (Fertilizer Sales) to lead fertilizer sales, distribution and field operations in the Bijapur cluster. The role focuses on market expansion, dealer and distributor management, farmer outreach and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across fertilizer product lines.
• Develop and execute cluster-level sales and growth plans.
• Manage dealers and distributors, ensure inventory planning and timely order fulfilment.
• Conduct dealer meetings, product trainings and engagement programmes.
• Organise farmer meetings, field demonstrations and crop advisory sessions.
• Promote products through field trials, success stories and village-level activities.
• Lead and guide Field Officers / Territory Managers in the cluster.
• Monitor daily field activities, sales reports and performance metrics.
• Track competitor activities, price trends and cropping patterns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and FCO norms and maintain proper MIS.

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Sc Agriculture / Agriculture Science / Horticulture (M.Sc Agri / MBA Agri Business / Rural Management preferred).
• Experience: 5–12 years in fertilizer, agro-input, seed or agri-chemical industry.
• Experience managing multiple territories and field teams.
• Strong knowledge of soil health, fertilizer products (NPK, WSF, organic, bio-fertilizers) and crop nutrition.
• Comfortable with extensive field travel and working closely with farmers and channel partners.
• Good communication, relationship building, planning and reporting skills.
