Role Overview

Sattva Consulting is hiring 20 FPO ScaleX Fellows to support Farmer Producer Organizations across multiple states. Fellows will work directly at designated FPO offices, collaborating with leadership, staff, and members to build strong governance, expand business operations, enable digital adoption, and create sustainable market linkages.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support

• Support growth, diversification and expansion plans for FPOs.
• Identify new market, product, and revenue opportunities.

2. Operational Strengthening

• Improve procurement, aggregation, logistics, sales tracking and inventory systems.
• Streamline vendor and buyer management processes.

3. Capacity Building

• Conduct training on governance, finance, compliance, digital tools and leadership.
• Assist in managing key buyer accounts and partnerships.

4. Market Linkages

• Connect FPOs with buyers, suppliers and service providers.
• Support negotiations and deal closures for revenue growth.

5. Governance & Compliance

• Strengthen internal policies, Board meeting calendars and member engagement systems.
• Improve transparency, compliance and documentation standards.

6. Digital Transformation

• Integrate digital platforms into daily FPO operations.
• Train leadership and staff to adopt digital workflows.

7. Monitoring & Reporting

• Maintain ongoing business performance dashboards.
• Submit periodic updates and lead review meetings.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in FPO development, agribusiness, rural livelihoods, development sector projects or market linkage programs are preferred. Strong facilitation, analytical and communication skills are essential.
