Role and Responsibilities:
- Enrolling farmers to adopt technology
- Creating awareness among farmers on various technology
- Training farmers for adoption of technology
- Demonstrating usage of technology in the field
- Innovating on dissemination method used.
- Visiting farmers continuously to identifying problems of farmers and friendly solution for those problems with the support of supervisor
- Networking with NGOs, KVKs, Regional Agriculture Research Stations (RARS) in and around the cluster
- Networking with Local Govt. officials - Agriculture officer, Horticulture officer, Veterinary officer, and Rural Development Department people at the field level.
- Conducting life skills training programmes for farmers
