• Assist in daily farm operations, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and maintaining crops.
• Monitor the health of crops and plants, identifying any potential issues like pests or diseases.
• Help maintain and operate agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Conduct soil sampling, fertilizer application, and other necessary farming techniques.
• Assist in preparing and applying pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of farm activities, crop yields, and inventory.
• Provide support in the planning and execution of agricultural activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Work closely with farm managers to implement new techniques and strategies to improve crop production.
• Assist in managing farm labor and seasonal workers when needed.
• Conduct market research and help with the sales and distribution of agricultural products.
