Job Role : Assistant Dairy Plant Manager

Responsibilities :

• Assisting the plant manager in overseeing the daily operations of a dairy plant

• Managing and supervising the production staff and ensuring smooth production processes

• Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in the plant

• Maintaining records of production and ensuring proper documentation

• Assisting in the development and implementation of production plans and strategies

Skills :

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and supervise staff

• Good understanding of dairy production processes and quality standards

• Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations in a dairy plant

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Dairy Science
