Role and Responsibilities:

• Enrolling farmers to adopt technology
• Creating awareness among farmers on various technology
• Training farmers for adoption of technology
• Demonstrating usage of technology in the field
• Innovating on dissemination method used.
• Visiting farmers continuously to identifying problems of farmers and friendly solution for those problems with the support of supervisor
• Networking with NGOs, KVKs, Regional Agriculture Research Stations (RARS) in and around the cluster
• Networking with Local Govt. officials - Agriculture officer, Horticulture officer, Veterinary officer, and Rural Development Department people at the field level.
• Conducting life skills training programmes for farmers
