Job Role : Junior Dairy Engineering Manager

Responsibilities :  

• Oversee the engineering operations in a dairy processing facility.

• Coordinate and manage the maintenance, repair, and optimization of dairy processing equipment and machinery.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all engineering activities.

• Develop and implement strategies for process improvement, efficiency enhancement, and cost reduction.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.

Skills :

• Knowledge of dairy processing equipment, systems, and processes.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in using engineering software and tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education - Master's or Ph.D.  Degree in Dairy Engineering, Food Engineering
