Job Role : Fruit Farm Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of orchard management, including planting, pruning, fertilization, irrigation, and pest and disease control.
• Ensure healthy and productive fruit trees.
• Develop and implement crop planning strategies, including variety selection.
• Planting schedules, and crop rotation, to optimize yield and quality.
• Coordinate and manage the harvest process, including fruit picking, grading, packing, and storage.
• Ensuring efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.
