The Candidate has to perform all duties, responsibilities that will be assigned to Him/Her by the Assistant Nematologist/Superior Authority as per the requirement of the project
Qualification:
Post Graduate Degree in Nematology/Agril.Entomology and Plant Pathology with research work in Nematodes
OR
B.Sc.(Agri.) with Post Graduate Diploma in Nematology + 3 Years work Experience in Nematology
Experience : 3 Years work Experience in Nematology
Basic and practical knowledge of soil sample collection of nematodes from soil by Cobb’s Decanting and Sieving techniques and observations on root galls/egg masses identification of important plant parasitic nematodes, preparing temporary and permanent slides, extraction of entomopathogenic nematodes from soil, preparation of report etc.
