Job Role : Silk Farm Manager

Responsibilities : 

• Managing the overall silkworm rearing operations

• Developing and implementing strategies for improving the efficiency and productivity of the silkworm farm

• Ensuring the timely and cost-effective production of high-quality silkworm cocoons

• Monitoring the health of the silkworms and taking necessary measures to control diseases and pests

• Supervising and training silkworm farm workers

Skills : 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sericulture or related field

• Strong knowledge of silkworm biology, disease control, and pest management

• Ability to manage and motivate a team of workers
