Farmix India is a brand committed to enhancing the health and productivity of India’s livestock and farmlands through 100% organic cattle feed supplements and eco-friendly fertilizers. With a strong vision to empower rural India, we’re building a robust team of sales professionals who can drive growth at the grassroots. We are hiring Area Sales Heads across all districts of Gujarat. This is a leadership role responsible for driving dealer development, sales strategy execution, and market penetration for Farmix products in rural and semi-urban areas.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish, onboard, and manage distributors/dealers in your assigned district Generate and convert leads through direct farmer interaction, agri-dealer visits, and village-level events
2. Plan and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across Farmix product lines Conduct product demos, farmer education sessions, and local exhibitions
3. Build strong relationships with dairy cooperatives, agri-input retailers, and local influencers Collect market feedback to support product development and promotional strategies
4. Monitor competitor activity and develop counter strategies Submit daily reports and maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and dealer stock
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Preferred: B.Sc. Agriculture, BBA/MBA in Rural Marketing/Agri Business) Minimum 5 years’ experience in rural/agri-input/cattle feed/dairy/FMCG sales (Flexible)
Proven track record of dealer/distributor network development
Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; local district knowledge is a must
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and rural travel Preferred Candidate Profile Currently residing in or near the assigned district
Already connected with agri-input dealers, dairy co-ops, and farmer groups
Ambitious, target-driven, and entrepreneurial in mindset
Familiarity with organic or sustainable farming products is a plus

Pay: From ₹3,00,000 Per Annum upto ₹6,00,000 Per Annum
